GETTING ALL OF YOUR GLOSS OUT OF THE CONTAINER
No matter how much you spend on makeup, you should always be getting your money's worth from every product... Most beauty enthusiasts recognize that some products are more difficult to “use-up” than others. Lip gloss can be particularly annoying: unless it is in a tube that is easy-to-squeeze, it is nearly unmanageable to use the whole thing up. Nearly.
Here’s a method that will allow you to get all of your product from our containers and everyone else’s too.
Here's what you need:
Coffee Mug filled with Hot Water
Smaller container like a bottle cap
Start by placing your near-empty lip gloss tube upright in the cup of hot water. Be sure they are closed so the water does not taint the products. Soak for 10-12 minutes, the gloss from the sides of the tube will have now have settled to the bottommost part of the container. Next, remove the lip gloss from the packaging, using the edge of your knife to pull-out the stopper, which inhibits the liquid from leaking out of the tube. Then just empty the left over gloss into your smaller container and voila, it’s that simple
This method is a Godsend for penny-pinching beauty enthusiasts, and for expensive product-lovers, too.
